Hmm.. I'm a bit boring so, I decided to update my blog.. and, today is my friend special day! Mayie's Birthday! I bought Mayie on Sunday, 12 February 2012 (such a nice date!)

For The Broken Hearted..

I know how you feel.. Empty, betrayed, no happiness and  whatsoever.. :( You don't want to laugh, because you know it's not going to help, but you don't want to cry, because it will just make you feel worse.. 

You feel like your heart is falling apart, but not only that, but you know soon your life is going to feel like it's falling apart too. You don't think it will ever end, and no matter what this person has done to you, it feels impossible to stop loving them.. :) 

And everyone wonders why if they have hurt you so much, then why do you still love them. That's the confusing part, you don't know why, you just do, and the people who hurt you the most, and normally the ones you love the most. 

And then, after a few weeks, you finally feel a sense of relief, like you're getting happy again, but you know inside that you're just going into denial. And after a few more weeks, you're back to where you were an empty soul and teary eyes. 

You thought you got over them, but really, you just stopped showing it. And you can't help but to show it again. It leaves deep scars on your heart that are there forever. 

And no one understands how you feel, and how deep you are hurt, no matter who they are, because it hasn't happened to them And even if it has, every broken heart is different. They don't know the true pain you feel and carry each and everyday now, so you learn that basically you are alone with all this. 

And the feeling starts to overwhelm you, and suddenly you just break down, because you know you've had enough, the tears just instantly start flowing, and you're to the point where you don't care who see's. 

Because you've spent so many nights LYING AWAKE in bed, and so many days being haunted by the scars and fear of rejection. And in the midst of all these tears, you know that its not helping any, and it's not going to bring them back, if you ever even had them in the first place. 

After about a million tears have been cried, you finally pull yourself back together and keep going. Your throat starts to clench and your eyes burn with the tears you are trying to hold back. Everyone says, "It will be okay…” But you know it won't. 
And that’s the truth, it won’t. And you look back on all of the hurt you had from this, and you realize that people are horrible. 

You're still hurt, but you've learned to hide it so that everyone thinks you are okay. So now every time you see this person, you know you still love them, and you feel a slight tingle in your heart yearning for them to love you, screaming out, but for some reason they don't hear it. And then you sit back and wonder how one person could have caused all of this...

Trip to Manukan Island

holla hup! I'm here again.. :D 

I know... I haven't update my blog since last year.. huhu quite busy doing this and that.. (to be frank.. last semester I was busy doing my research proposal.. such a headache! @.@)

ok now let's begin with Manukan Island.. 

Manukan Island or Pulau Manukan is the second largest island in the Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park, Malaysia's first marine national park. It is located in the East Malaysian state of Sabah, just off the coast of Kota Kinabalu and is easily accessible by boat.

Manukan is the most popular island with Kota Kinabalu residents. Manukan has some good stretches of beaches on the southern coastline. The best beach is on the eastern tip of the island. Offshore of Manukan are coral reefs, which is ideal for snorkeling, diving and swimming..

How To Stop Breaking Promises

Hello peeps! are you the one whose always give hopes and promises to someone?? hmm...  promises can be confusing buddy..it's very easy to make a promise, but sometimes not so easy to keep it. However, the person you've made the promise to is relying on you to keep your word..so, if you're having trouble keeping your promises, then worry no further : below are the steps "how to stop breaking promises" keep reading guys.. :)

Step 1: Think before you speak : This is a difficult thing to do for many people (including me), mainly because it sounds so simple but it is actually quite complicated. Sometimes you say something without thinking it trough properly. By the time you realize you shouldn't have said it, the person said it to has taken it seriously or is relying on it. To avoid this situation, and avoid making impossible promises, don't open your mouth if you haven't thought it through. 

Step 2: Think about the person you're talking to : If the person you make a promise to is in a vulnerable or hurt condition, then think very carefully about making a promise to them. People in this type of condition tend to take a promise to heart, and will gain hope from it. it will be bad idea to break a promise to them. if on the other hand, the person you've made a promise to is emotionally strong and independent, then you can relax a little. 

step 3: Consider what you can do and can't do : Sometimes we promise somebody something because we wish we could do it for them, not because we actually can. think about this very, very carefully. if you promise something, be sure that you will be able to fulfill it without a struggle or chance of failure. 

Step 4: Take your promise seriously : If you make a promise, think about it. consider what you can do, how you can fulfill it, and the impact it will have on people. huh! exam, exam and exam..
i already promised with myself not to surf an Internet for 2 weeks .. no FB, no tagged, no YM, no skype, no netlog and no blog but, now?? hahaha (budak jajal..) :p
exam started yesterday 21st Nov and will end on 2nd Dec 2011! after that..HOLIDAY!!! 

But........i have 5 more paper to go..
